1. Refund Policy

a) Digital Products (Courses, Ebooks, Trainings, Workshops)

All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is completed, access is immediately granted, so refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.

b) Mentorship / Coaching Programs

Fees paid for mentorship, coaching, or any premium program are non-refundable.
Please review the program details carefully before enrolling.

c) Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, you may contact us with proof of transaction.
After verification, the extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

d) Failed Transactions

If the payment is deducted but not reflected on our website:

The amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation of Digital Orders

Since our products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

b) Subscription / Membership Programs

If you enroll in a subscription-based program, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycles.

c) Live Sessions / Workshops

Paid registrations for live events cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you are unable to attend, replay recordings will be provided (if included in the program).

3. No Guarantee of Results

All training and digital resources are for educational purposes only.
Career Planner does not guarantee income, results, or performance.
Refund requests based on expectations of earnings or personal outcomes will not be entertained.
